The IMB550 is powered by 15th Gen Intel® Core™ Ultra 9/7/5 processors (Arrow Lake-S) with the Intel® W880 chipset. It features a PCIe Gen 5 x16 slot for multiple high-end graphics or acceleration cards, and two M.2 Key M slots for NVMe SSD storage with RAID 0/1 support, providing scalable performance, flexibility, and reliability to meet the demands of next-generation AI workloads.

Built to meet the needs of advanced AI and compute-intensive workloads, the IMB550 supports multiple GPUs or accelerator cards, enabling system builders to deploy scalable AI solutions for inference, inspection, and analytics. The dual PCIe Gen 5 x16 architecture allows flexible lane configurations (x16/x0 or x8/x8), ensuring optimal bandwidth and performance for high-end graphics and acceleration cards.

Rackmount-Optimized Design for Thermal Efficiency

The IMB550 features a rackmount-optimized airflow design, with a carefully engineered CPU socket and memory slot layout to enhance cooling efficiency in 1U and 2U chassis. This ensures stable and reliable operation under continuous high workloads, making it ideal for industrial servers, AI appliances, and embedded HPC platforms.

Remote Management with OpenBMC for Simplified Operations

To simplify system monitoring and maintenance, the IMB550 supports IPMI 2.0 via OpenBMC (optional), enabling remote system management, hardware health monitoring, and out-of-band management. This capability helps reduce maintenance costs while improving system uptime and operational efficiency in large-scale deployments.
