The kit is designed to help global innovators prepare for the next wave of robotics and physical AI applications in autonomous systems, humanoid robotics, smart healthcare equipment, and generative AI. Samples of the AIE115-AT are expected to be available by the end of 2025.

Breakthrough AI Performance
The NVIDIA Jetson AGX Thor T5000 represents a major leap in edge AI computing. Compared with the previous Jetson Orin™, it is projected to deliver up to 7.5x more AI performance and 3.5x higher energy efficiency, all within a 130W power envelope. This advancement will enable next-generation generative AI models, including NVIDIA Isaac GR00T N1 foundation models, to run with ultra-low latency at the edge.
The upcoming AIE115-AT will integrate the NVIDIA Blackwell GPU architecture, with 2560 CUDA cores and 5th-gen 96 Tensor Cores, offering up to 2070 FP4 TFLOPS of AI performance and 128GB of LPDDR5X memory. Combined with quad 25GbE LAN ports and a wide array of I/O options, the AIE115-AT will deliver exceptional computing capabilities for complex robotics systems, including humanoid robots, autonomous machines, medical devices, and aerospace robotics.
Developer-Centric Design
Engineered for flexibility, the AIE115-AT will feature a compact yet robust baseboard design with rich I/O connectivity, including quad 25GbE, CSI-2, USB 3.2, COM/CANbus, UART/I2C/I2S/GPIO interface, M.2, and mPCIe. Its wide-range 9–36VDC power input with ignition control will ensure seamless deployment across industrial and mobile environments.
Enabling the Future of Robotics and Physical AI
