Introduction
Axiomtek provides a wide array of fanless and extended
temperature embedded products from board level products
to whole systems (eBOX). To improve the system reliability
for extreme temperature environments and to extend the
MTBF, Axiomtek's embedded solutions have adapted a
fanless system by improving the board design and
enhancing quality screening during production. Axiomtek's
fanless & extended temperature embedded solutions supply
stable and reliable hardware platform performance and are
designed particularly to meet more rigorous industrial
applications.
Fanless Embedded Systems (eBOX Series)
Axiomtek has developed a series of durable and application-ready embedded box computers, the eBOX series. The fanless design and excellent thermal solution support the highly reliable eBOX series to operate without noise and reliably in critical environments at temperature from -10°C to +50°C or above (-20°C to +60°C). Axiomtek's eBOX series is suitable for a wide range of industrial applications in the market, such as POS, kiosk, ATM, thin servers, building automation, project screens for department stores and supermarkets, tour bus displays, gaming, and more.
All Axiomtek's eBOX system products furnish customers with all users' needs like powerful computing capability, fanless operation, wide temperature operating range, low power use, extreme reliability and ruggedness, scalability, flexible I/O configuration and long product life support. Additionally, the eBOX series supports most operating systems, including Windows® CE.NET, Windows® XP Embedded and Embedded Linux.

- Wide Operating Temperature SBCs
Integrated with the proper components and passing a rigorous production screenings, Axiomtek' s SBC's which are utilized in the eBOX's and are guaranteed to work well in wider temperature range environments, from -25°C to + 70°C. Axiomtek's extended temperature embedded boards employ low-power core logic computing engines: from AMD LX800, VIA Eden V4/V7, to ULV/LV Intel® Pentium® M/ Celeron® M to Intel® Atom™ for x86 architecture. Axiomtek has the right tools for any application. Cooling fans usually have an MTBF of approximately 20,000 hours, which is not acceptable for most applications. Axiomtek's SBC's provide the answer: an onboard low power consumption CPU that eliminates fan usage for better system reliability.

Watchdog Timer: the system will automatically reset to reduce the need for maintenance.
